Pride of Ownership

I love living in Bozeman. In late July I was horrified at the news that we (Bridger View) were “for sale.” After the initial shock of the land being sold under my feet, it was time to jump into action. I picked up the phone and spoke with Chaucer within few days. He listened, gave constructive advice and offered to help organize a resident committee.
Although this process has had its highs and lows for me, my faith is always renewed when I find out the new developments GoBuild has planned or I find out I will get what I need to move on. Renewed hope of my own home ownership and that no one can dictate the height of my fence, the fire pit in my yard or how tall my grass is. Pride of ownership that is what this is all about for me and a majority of my fellow homeowners.
